THEODORE A. TRESPASZ, III, ESQ.
Mr. Trespasz began his legal career at Windels, Marx, Lane & Mittendorf, LLP, in New York, New York, where he represented institutional lenders in taxable and tax-exempt capital project financings for corporations, limited liability partnerships and tax-exempt institutions. Additionally, he worked with the tax lien and mortgage foreclosure group representing clients in a variety of property disputes. Later, Mr. Trespasz worked at Cassin & Cassin, LLP, where he continued to focus his practice on representing institutional lenders but with respect to closing commercial real estate loans intended for securitization or other sale on the secondary market. He assisted with all types of commercial transactions encompassing the sale and disposition of real property and equity interests, as well as formation of entities for acquisition, ownership, development, operation and management of real property. More recently, Mr. Trespasz continued to develop his lending practice while working on corporate trust and general corporate matters while specifically representing trustees in connection with complex corporate and municipal transactions. In addition, Mr. Trespasz has worked in all phases of municipal finance representing municipal issuers, underwriters, banks and trustees.
